90% of our labor force are Guyanese citizens, trained to the highest levels within the company. Local initiatives in Guyana matter deeply to our group — we constantly partner with trusted local farmers to be part of our export program.
Sustainability
We reduce our carbon footprint by growing with only natural materials and environmentally friendly products. Hydroponic systems cut water usage, reduce pesticide use in sealed environments, and reuse rainwater via water towers — taking full advantage of Guyana's rainy seasons.
